The Haney Farmers Market runs every Saturday from 9am-2pm in the heart of Maple Ridge in Memorial Peace Park. If you haven’t checked it out yet, we highly recommend you do!
As your local experts in Maple Ridge we run a booth there as well so if you do stop by feel free to come say hi!
Since we are there with our own booth we have had the chance to check out most of what the Haney Farmers Market has to offer. Although all the vendors are amazing in there own way, here are 8 we’ve tried and loved:
- The Sparkes Corn Barn ( Chilliwack corn also some of the best corn you can get!)
- River Fool Rustics (amazing reclaimed wood both custom and pre made Coasters, Planter boxes, Bee houses, Insect shelters, Trellises, Garden benches, and Harvest boxes.)
- Vanilla Bean Bake Shop (If you love baked goods these are some of the best in Maple Ridge)
- Wild & Grow Flower Co. (Gorgeous fresh cut flowers)
- Cravings Kettle Corn (Some of the best Kettle corn you will ever try)
- A Bread Affair (Great freshly baked breads and pastries)
- BAK’D Cookies (Amazing big cookies)
- Coffee Heroine (One of the best local coffee roasting companies)
The market is great for everyone! It’s a great way to support local businesses and get to know the community. If you are looking for fresh produce or just stooping by to get a yummy treat to enjoy, there is truly something there for anyone.
