Maple Ridge is one of the largest fastest growing cities in the lower-mainland right now! Maple Ridge also has some of the best nature spaces to explore but when it comes to living in Maple Ridge there are a few different suburbs that range from new and modern communities to farm land and acreage to city living. One of the things I love about Maple Ridge is that its kind of like North Vancouver but with more space! Although it is a bit further away from Vancouver the WestCoast Express takes you right downtown without all the traffic.
The city:
Maple Ridge has a great city that has some of the most growth and development happening right now. Its great area for investments and rentals. The city in Maple Ridge also has a ton of location shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Farm and acreage:
Although these areas have some great communities and houses. We see a lot more land with these older homes. Which there are some great developments coming to these areas as the city expands. A bonus that comes with purchase in these communities is that you will be able to get more land or more house for your dollar but it is a short drive to the city center.

New and modern communities:
What I mean by a new and modern community is all the new development, more family oriented community. These communities have great schools, newer detached homes and town-homes. These communities are great for families, they are close to the city but just far enough away that its quiet and safe.

- Cottonwood
- Thornhill
